چکیده

Objective: Consuming too much fat or carbohydrates stimulates lipogenesis and excess is stored in non-fat tissues, including the liver, manifests as obesity fatty liver disease. This study aimed to investigate effect of eight weeks progressive resistance training (PRT) on levels some enzymes affecting lipid metabolism rats fed a high-fat diet sucrose solution.
Materials Methods: Twenty-four male wistar with 5 age were randomly divided into two groups: standard (SD) (n=8) solution (HFDS) (n=16). Twelve later, HFDS group was sedentary (HS) PRT (HPRT). The program implemented 3 days week for 8 weeks. Gene expression AMPKα1, SCD-1, ATGL FASN tissue its content investigated.
Results: significantly increased body weight (P: 0.001) decreased 0.001, P: 0.011). Eight did not show significant difference genes. Rats had considerably higher triglyceride (TG) total cholesterol (TC) their 0.004, affect them 0.959, 0.809 respectively).
Conclusion: It seems that will change enzymes. Therefore, modifying changing it, probably different results after PRT.
